Innanzitutto il posto: La Caletta è una piccola perla situata a metà strada tra Olbia e Nuoro e quindi sono facilmente raggiungibili tutte le località intermedie. C’è la possibilità di fare romantiche passeggiate lungo il porto o fino alla Torre di San Giovanni. Ogni sera il centro viene reso area pedonale, per cui è possibile passeggiare tranquillamente tra le numerose bancarelle, oppure concedersi qualsiasi tipo di cibo o bevanda nei numerosi locali che si affacciano sulla via principale.
L’appartamento è semplicemente fantastico: è situato al piano terra e quindi facilmente accessibile anche a persone con difficoltà motorie, è dotato di un patio che perimetra la casa, talmente spazioso che ci si potrebbe pattinare e poi, particolare non trascurabile, si affaccia direttamente sul porto distante 100 metri e vi possiamo garantire che un bicchiere di vino fresco al tramonto o un buon caffè al sorgere del sole, con la brezza che arriva dal mare, non hanno prezzo. La casa, molto spaziosa, è veramente dotata di tutto il necessario per poter passare una vacanza confortevole e senza rinunce, aria condizionata, forno, lavatrice e un wi-fi super performante sono un must.
Se non si vuole prendere la macchina per spostarsi, a pochi minuti a piedi verso sud c’è la lunghissima spiaggia che arriva fino a Santa Lucia, mentre a nord, sempre in pochi minuti, si raggiungono le spiagge del Borgo di San Giovanni.
I padroni di casa poi, sono il vero valore aggiunto di questa location. Non sono fantasmi che spariscono lasciandovi al vostro destino. Sempre disponibili per qualsiasi tipo di supporto, necessità o esigenza di cui possiate avere bisogno. Noi, un gruppo di 8 persone, siamo stati ospiti, speriamo graditi, per 10 giorni e loro, oltre a farci trovare un benvenuto con acqua fresca, birre, vino e cialde per il caffè, ci hanno offerto, a metà soggiorno e a loro spese, un cambio biancheria completo e la pulizia dell’appartamento. Inarrivabili!
